If the Slavic people are known for anything, it is their delicious food! At our event we will have plenty of your homemade favorites... Holubki (stuffed cabbage), Pirohy, Kielbasi, Potato Pancakes, Koláce, Halušky, all prepared by your friends and neighbors just like they learned from their mothers and grandmothers...

And if you're enjoying this food, you'll need something to wash it down! Slavic beers and spirits will be featured in an old-fashioned Beer Garden. Imported beers from Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and other Slavic countries will be available by the bottle. If your tastes run toward spirits, we'll have vodka and slivovica (plum brandy) for you to enjoy. Of course, light beer, soft drinks, water and coffee will also be available.
